Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On October 17, 2024, Kayne Anderson BDC, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2024 on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 after the close of financial markets, and that it will host an earnings conference call on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time to review its financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
