Location Master Data Management (LMDM) software and
solutions, announces that at its
Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), held earlier today, all resolutions
put to shareholders were duly passed on a show of hands.

considered at the AGM is set out in the Notice of AGM published on
11 June 2024, available on the Company's website

Results of the proxy vote on each
resolution will be available of the Company's website
