Christian Wilde. Mr. Wilde is a nationally syndicated radio personality, Newsletter publisher and author. He has written two bestselling books related to health. The first was Hidden Causes of Heart Attack and Stroke, and the second, its companion book Miracle Stem Cell Heart Repair. His knowledge and expertise as it relates to media and health education are viewed by the Company as a major move in the development of further markets for the Company's Vita-Stim(TM) Stem Cell Nutrition product as well as other new products. Christopher Uzelmeier, Ph.D. Dr. Uzelmeier is a former Director of R&D with Union Carbide. He has had a long and distinguished career with Fortune 500 companies. He brings to the Company broad science and organizational strengths and will head up the Company's manufacturing relationships.

George Hebert. Mr. Hebert is a retired businessman who has been active in the investment area for almost 40 years. He has been involved with the evaluation of developmental companies for most of his career. It is expected he will assist the Company in assessing mergers and acquisitions.

The Company is excited about these new appointments and continues efforts to further strengthen its management team.
