(Other OTC: EMGED) FINRA has received the necessary documentation to process the 11-10 forward split, payable upon surrender of old certificates for Emergent Health Corp (the “Company”). This corporate action took effect at the open of business December 31, 2009. The new symbol on this date is EMGED. Please note that the “D” will be removed 20 business days after December 31, 2009.

A prior Press Release that indicated another symbol is incorrect. There was a symbol policy change of FINRA not known by the Company until after its Press Release was sent. Please disregard the prior symbol change announcement. All other information in the December 31, 2009 Press Release is as expressed.
