MACLELLAN GROUP PLC ("MacLellan")



Additional Listing



MacLellan has applied for 50,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each to be admitted
to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange ("
AIM").  The new ordinary shares have been allotted as a result of the exercise
of options held under the MacLellan share option schemes.



It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings on AIM in
the new ordinary shares will commence on 6 November 2003.
