GeoPark Limited ("GeoPark" or the "Company")

Share Purchase Programme

The Company announces that it has put in place with immediate effect an irrevocable, non-discretionary share purchase programme to purchase up to 400,000 common shares of US$0.001 ("Shares") of the Company (the "Purchase Programme") for the account of the GeoPark Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT").

The Purchase Programme will last from today up until the close of business on 31 December 2013 and will be managed by BTG Pactual and Oriel Securities Limited, which will make trading decisions in relation to the Shares independently of, and uninfluenced by, the Company or the Company's Directors.

The Company will procure that the Shares are purchased by BTG Pactual acting through Oriel Securities Limited on-market on London Stock Exchange plc within certain pre-set parameters and that the Shares will be used to satisfy future awards under the Company's incentive schemes. Given the level of low liquidity in the Company's shares, the Company may procure the purchase in any one day more than 25 per cent. of the average daily volume over the preceding 20 business days.

Any purchase of Shares made for the account of the EBT following commencement of the Purchase Programme will be notified to a Regulatory Information Service.

GeoPark's Directors and their connected persons will not participate in the Purchase Programme.

GeoPark confirms that it currently has no unpublished price sensitive information.
