In accordance with the provisions of Sections 198 - 202 of the Companies Act
1985, the Company have been notified today by WestLB Panmure Limited that, as a
result of a sale on 9 July, 2003 of 500,000 shares, WestLB Panmure Limited have
an interest in 4,583,585 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company, representing
11.885% of the Company's Ordinary Issued share Capital.

These shares are registered in the name of WestLB Panmure Ltd a/c Printrad.
