that it has executed an exclusive franchise marketing and
representation agreement for certain territories in the
Middle East with World Franchise
Associates Ltd. The territories include Saudi Arabia, United
Arab Emirates, Kuwait,
Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
Under the terms of the agreement, World Franchise Associates
shall identify qualified individuals or corporations interested in
obtaining area development franchise rights, master franchise
rights, multiple unit and/or other franchise or development rights
in connection for GRILLiT within the stated Middle East territories. Additionally,
the Company will be promoted on the WorldFranchiseCentre.com
website, and will be featured in the World Franchise Review
publication.
World Franchise Associates has successfully introduced numerous
restaurant franchises to Middle Eastern countries. Those
franchises include Steak n Shake, Saladworks, Earl of Sandwich,
Young Rembrandts, GQ Bar, Which Wich, Spicy Pickle, and others.
