("ARC") (OTC:ARGC), announced today that it has entered into a strategic partnership with New Jersey Motorsports Park, LLC., ("NJMP") a motorsport resort development company. The companies have signed a letter of intent for ARC Development to acquire a major ownership position in New Jersey Motorsports Parks' property, "Thunderbolt Raceway." Thunderbolt Raceway is a 708 acre facility located 35 minutes southwest of Atlantic City and one-hour southeast of Philadelphia that is easily accessible to the approximately 30 million people within a two hour ride to the track complex. The facility will be a multi-faceted motor sports park that will include several road racing circuits: a paved oval, go-kart track; All Terrain Vehicle; motorcross and supermoto courses. Also being planned are resort amenities that include race garages, VIP suites, commercial industrial units, a conference center, restaurants, hotels, trackside villas and condos.
