Total Voting Rights and Directors' Dealings

Further to the announcement on 9 September 2014, the Company announces that, following the compulsory redemption of 11.93 per cent. of each Shareholder's holding of Ordinary Shares on 15 September 2014, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 15,504,787.

This figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the AIM Rules for Companies.

As shareholders in the Company, each of the Directors and the Company's investment manager, Laxey Partners Limited, ("Laxey") had 11.93 per cent. of their respective holdings in Ordinary Shares redeemed at the redemption price of 109.5 pence per Ordinary Share, details of which are set out below:
