The directors of the Company wish to announce that Stephen Soos and Emma Soos
are appointed as directors of the Company with effect from today.

Austin Moore of Austin Moore & Partners LLP, 7 The Ropewalk Nottingham NG1 5DU
have been appointed as the Company Secretary to hold office with effect from
today.

The directors also wish to announce the resignation of officers stated below
following appointment of the above directors.

Mike Murphy, Director and Chief Technical Officer

Geoff Turner, Director and Chief Financial Officer

London Registrars Ltd, Company Secretary
