Extraordinary General Meeting

Home Entertainment Corporation PLC announces that at the Extraordinary General
Meeting of the company held yesterday the proposed change of name to ChoicesUK
plc from Home Entertainment Corporation PLC was duly passed.  On approval by the
Register of Companies the change of name should become effective today.

The Company's 2006/2007 accounting period end will be for the 60 weeks to 28
July 2007.  The interim accounts will be prepared for the 36 weeks to 10
February 2007. Each subsequent year the Company's interim reporting will be for
the 28 weeks from the previous year end.
