The Board of Chariot announces that on 8 October 2007 the Company received
formal notification from Barclays PLC that, as at 5 October 2007, Barclays
Stockbrokers Ltd had an indirect interest in 3,710,084 ordinary shares of 1
pence each in the Company representing 5.23% of the current issued share capital
of Chariot.
