                          Change in Notifiable Interest


Atlantic Global plc has been informed that on 30 June 2003, funds managed by
Northern Venture Managers Limited disposed of 300,000 Ordinary shares in the
Company. The beneficial interests held by the funds following this disposal
amount to 878,000 Ordinary shares, representing 3.86 per cent. of Atlantic
Global's issued share capital. The registered holder of the shares is Northern
Aim VCT plc.
