Chicago Indoor Garden is recalling all of its products
containing red clover sprouts due to E.coli concerns.
The recalled items were distributed to Amazon.com Inc.'s Whole
Foods in the Midwest, as well as Coosemans Chicago Inc., Battaglia
Distributing and Living Waters Farms.
Chicago Indoor Garden recalled red clover clamshells and boxes,
sprout salad and mixed greens.
U.S. officials said in February that they were investigating a
multistate outbreak of E. coli infections linked to clover sprouts.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration posted warning letters to
Jimmy John's Franchise LLC and Sprouts Unlimited Wholesale
Foods.
