Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
 

On March 4 2010, Board of Directors voted in favor of changing the fiscal year end of ViroPro, Inc. from November 30 to December 31.
 
Company will file a report covering the transition period report in its Form 10-Q for the first quarter of 2010 ending March 31, 2010.
