Omni Ventures, Inc. (OTCQB:OMVE) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary PRVCY Couture, Inc. has shipped its first order of t-shirts to a customer, which is a national department store chain, and entered into an agreement with an established California-based marketing and production company to license design, production and distribution of certain PRVCY-branded t-shirts. In cooperation with the PRVCY creative team and under their strict supervision the licensee will design, produce market and distribute certain PRVCY-branded t-shirts on the territory of the United States.

"PRVCY brand has been known for its 'I Want More Privacy' t-shirts for a long time. Multiple celebrities wore those t-shirts and they have become the centerpiece of several charitable events sponsored by our company. However t-shirts are also the extremely lucrative apparel item for any garment manufacturer, aiming to capture vast markets at considerable profit margins," stated Christian Wicks, President of Omni's Apparel and Accessories division. Wicks continued, "As of recently in response to the requests of our customers we have started to expand beyond our original 'I Want More Privacy' t-shirt line. Currently we are developing a variety of new PRVCY-branded t-shirt styles. Our creative team has come up with at least half a dozen various looks revolving around our keyhole symbol and famous PRVCY logo. The costs of developing and designing these items are extremely low whereas the profit margins are relatively high. With our newly enhanced t-shirts line we are also looking at expanding our customer base beyond the ultra high-end premium denim crowd. The first order of our t-shirts has been already shipped to a national department store chain and we are working on the follow up orders. With the new licensing deal now in force we are looking to further develop our reach to mass-market customers across the country, which is anticipated to significantly augment our revenues in the upcoming months."
