Versatile CEO Kenny Kahn leaves the company and
is replaced on an interim basis by Bertrand des Pallieres,
Executive Chairman
Versatile Systems Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange: VV) today
announced the departure of Company CEO and President Kenny Kahn as
Versatile Board and Management moves to facilitate strategic
implementation of its growth strategy under the interim leadership
of Executive Chairman Bertrand des Pallieres.
“Today as the business moves to further develop the strategy for
growth and continues its drive towards profitability the Versatile
Board will be taking a more active role with management as it moves
through this next important step in its business evolution,” said
Mr. des Pallieres. “The company has engaged industry consultants to
explore options with certain segments of the business and to move
the business deeper into the markets it will continue to serve.”
Versatile is focused of the expansion of its Professional Services,
Credit and Mobiquity business.
