In a transaction today by way of a private treaty Mr D G Sutherland purchased
6,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.17% of the issued share capital, from Mr A
A T Ostrowski at a price of 437.5p. per share.  As a consequence Mr Sutherland
is now beneficially interested in 10,000 ordinary shares representing 0.28% of
the issued share capital and Mr Ostrowski is beneficially interested in 71,326
ordinary shares representing 2.03% of the issued share capital.
