INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

Effective as of October 21, 2023, Christopher Avella has transitioned to the position of Chief Financial Officer of Scorpio Tankers Inc. (“Scorpio Tankers” or the “Company”). As previously announced, Mr. Avella replaces Brian Lee, who served as Chief Financial Officer of Scorpio Tankers since the start of the Company in 2010.

The biographical information for Mr. Avella is included in Exhibit 99.1 of the Company’s report on Form 6-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 2, 2023.
