Director's Dealing

The Company has received notification that Geoffrey Mountain (Chief Executive)
today sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the
Company at 189 pence per share.  The shares sold represent a very small
proportion of his holding and the sale was made in response to market demand.
Mr Mountain now has a beneficial interest in 7,567,773 ordinary shares,
representing 59.25 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
