In accordance with sections 324 - 328 of the Companies Act 1985, (as amended),
Mr John Ellis, a director of the Company, notified  the Company that he has
today purchased 6,500 ordinary shares, representing 0.01 per cent. of the issued
share capital, at 75 pence per share.



Following this transaction Mr Ellis is beneficially interested in 26,500
ordinary shares representing 0.03 per cent. of the issued share capital.
