Hudson Acquisition I Corp. (the “Registrant”) is unable to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2024, on a timely basis because the Registrant requires additional time to work internally and with its advisor, auditor and legal counsel to prepare and finalize the Form 10-Q. The Registrant acknowledges this filing is late, and is planning to file the Form 10-Q before August 20, 2024.
