(NASDAQ:EGBN), the parent company of EagleBank, today announced the declaration of its quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.06 per share. The cash dividend will be payable on July 2, 2007 to shareholders of record on June 18, 2007. Shareholders who have not yet signed up to participate in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan and wish to have all or part of their dividend payable on July 2, 2007 reinvested in additional shares (at a discount of 5%), must enroll in the plan by the Date of Record on June 18, 2007.
