Result of General Meeting

The Board of Twenty Plc announces that, following a General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, the resolutions proposed at the General Meeting were duly passed.

It is expected that the sale of TwentyCi Limited, The Moving Service Limited and TwentyCi Holdings Limited to RB138 Limited (as described in the circular to Shareholders dated 27(th) October 2011) will, subject to the satisfaction of the remaining condition in the sale agreement, complete tomorrow, 15 November 2011. A further announcement will be made at the appropriate time.
