Director/PDMR Shareholding

Quadnetics Group plc (AIM: QDG), a leader in the design, integration and control of advanced surveillance technology, networked security systems and strategic security solutions, was informed today that on 19 April 2012 John Shepherd, the Company's Chief Executive, purchased 13,800 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 290p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Shepherd is beneficially interested in 440,319 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.5 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
