Further to the announcements made following the Extraordinary General Meeting 
held on 2 July and subsequently, the Company is pleased to announce the 
following information pursuant to schedule 2 (g) of the AIM rules for Companies 
in respect of Mr Ibrahim Fakhroo: 
Mr Ibrahim Yousuf Abdullah Hasan Fakhroo, aged 46 - is currently a director of 
Barwa Al Baraha and Barwa Al Rayyan. He has also previously been a director of 
the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 
There are no further disclosures to be made pursuant to schedule 2 (g) of the 
AIM rules for Companies in respect of Mr Fakhroo.
