                            Re: Share Price Movement

The Directors of Medisys (the "Company") note the recent movement in its share 
price. The Company intends to enter into an agreement (the "Agreement") in 
relation to the supply of the Company's Advance Micro-draw blood glucose 
monitoring product. If entered into, the Agreement would be conditional upon 
the Company securing additional equity finance to increase the Company's 
manufacturing capacity for the product.

The Directors will provide more information in due course.
