Management Limited, advising them that following the aggregation of Hill Samuel
Asset Management Limited, and Scottish Widows Investment Management Limited, the
combined asset management operation, to be named Scottish Widows Investment
Partnership Limited, have a notifiable interest in 1,473,186 ordinary shares,
representing 3.34% of the issued ordinary share capital of the company.
