Conversion Calculation Date as follows:

From holders owning 32,055,469 Sterling Shares, these holders have elected to 
switch into U.S Dollar Shares.

No holders owning U.S. Dollar Shares have elected to switch into Sterling Shares.

Shareholder CREST accounts for those shareholders for whom Conversion Notices
have been received will be credited with new Shares on 28 May 2008.
