China Development Bank (the "Issuer") announces today that it has published admission particulars dated 16 January 2020 (the "Admission Particulars") in connection with its issuance of GBP1,000,000,000 1.25 per cent. notes due 2023 (the "Notes") under its U.S.$30,000,000,000 Debt Issuance Programme (the "Programme").

The Notes are expected to be admitted to trading on the International Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange on 22 January 2020.

The Admission Particulars should be read and construed in conjunction with the offering circular dated 8 January 2020 in connection with the Programme (the "Offering Circular"), which is incorporated by reference in the Admission Particulars as described therein.
