has been made of public knowledge, the Comision Nacional Bancaria y
de Valores formally required the company to offer whatever elements
may assist the company in the exercise of its constitutional right
to an administrative hearing, with respect to the transactions
carried out in 2003 among Unefon, Nortel and Codisco. Company
