Sussex Bancorp Announces Appointment of New Directors FRANKLIN, N.J., April 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Donald L. Kovach, Chairman and CEO of Sussex Bancorp (AMEX:SBB) announced the election by the Company's shareholders of two new Directors: Patrick E. Brady of Great Meadows, NJ who will serve on the Boards of Sussex Bancorp and Sussex Bank, the corporation's wholly owned banking subsidiary, and Richard Branca of Washington Township, NJ who will exclusively serve on the Board of Sussex Bancorp. In addition, the shareholders reelected Messrs Leppert, Scott and Zitone to new three year terms and approved the 2004 Equity Incentive Plan. Mr. Brady serves as Chief Executive Officer of Health Alliance for Care, Inc. of Hackettstown. Health Alliance for Care is the parent corporation of Heath Village, Inc. and Health Care Management, Inc. Heath Village, where Mr. Brady serves as Executive Director, is a not-for-profit, full service retirement community that provides independent living, assisted living and full-time skilled nursing care to more than 400 residents. Mr. Branca, a professional engineer, is President of Bergen Engineering Company (BEC) of East Rutherford, NJ. BEC builds industrial, commercial, public school and hotel projects throughout New Jersey.
