Credit Suisse announced today that it will transfer the listing of
two index-linked securities currently listed on the American Stock
Exchange (Amex) to NYSE Arca as a result of the closing of NYSE
Euronext�s acquisition of the Amex. The securities to be
transferred are: ELEMENTS due April 10, 2023 Linked to the MLCX
Gold Index � Total Return (GOE); and ELEMENTS due April 10, 2023
Linked to the MLCX Livestock Index � Total Return (LSO) Specific
dates for the transfer in listing of each of the securities will be
