Collins & Aikman Receives Honda Access America, Inc.'s 'Best
Supporting Supplier' Award TROY, Mich., Nov. 19

announced that it had recently received a 2003 Honda Supplier
Award. Of over eighty active Honda Accessory Suppliers, Collins
& Aikman was one of only four suppliers to receive Honda's
"Best Supporting Supplier" award. The award was presented at Honda
Access America, Inc.'s Annual Supplier Forum in Las Vegas, NV on
Tuesday, November 4, 2003. Honda's "Best Supporting Supplier" Award
recognizes those Honda Access America, Inc. (HAA) suppliers who
have excelled in providing high quality production and service
parts in a timely manner, while maintaining superb customer
relations (i.e. communication, responsiveness, attention-to-detail,
etc.). The supplier evaluations were completed by each functional
department within HAA and represent a broad-based indication of
supplier performance. This is the first Honda Access America, Inc.
Supplier Award received by the Global Soft Trim Division and
represents a major milestone for both the Division and the
Holmesville, Ohio accessory mat manufacturing facility. "Customer
