Albertsons Companies, Inc. (NYSE: ACI) has received a top score
of 100 on the Disability Equality Index®, making the company one of
the 2024 Best Places to Work for People with Disabilities. The
Disability Equality Index is a comprehensive benchmarking tool that
helps companies build a roadmap of measurable, tangible actions
that they can take to achieve disability inclusion and
equality.

Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) and is acknowledged

tool for Fortune 1000 scope companies to measure disability
workplace inclusion inside their organization and to assess
performance across industry sectors. Each participating company
receives a score on a scale of zero to 100, with those earning 80
and above recognized as Best Places to Work for Disability
Inclusion. The Disability Equality Index measures companies based
on Culture and Leadership; Enterprise-Wide Access; Employment
Practices; Community Engagement; Supplier Diversity and Responsible
Procurement.
