    Re: Cancellation of admission to AIM

    Synarbor announces that at the Company's General Meeting held today, the resolution to cancel admission of Synarbor's shares from AIM
was duly passed. It is expected that the cancellation will take effect at 7.00 a.m. on 26 September 2008.
