Board Changes


The Board of Medisys is pleased to announce the appointments of Dr. Donald E.
Panoz, aged 63, founder and a principal shareholder of the Elan Corporation
plc, and Mr. David Wong, aged 43, founder of MCM,  the largest shareholder in
Medisys.

Dr. Panoz is currently a director of the following companies:

Fountainhead Development Corp. Inc.
Gensia Sicor
Aquatic Bio Enhancement Systems Inc.
Sequitor Medical Technologies
Sebring Inc.
Warner Chilcott
Hydromentia Inc.
L'Auberge
Road Atlanta Inc.

Dr. Panoz is currently a partner of the following:

Diablo Grande Inc. LP

In the past five years Dr. Panoz has also been a director of the following
companies:

Elan Corporation plc
Barretstown

Dr. Panoz has confirmed that this announcement includes all the information
relating to himself which is required to be disclosed under paragraph 16.11(e)
of the AIM Admission Rules.

Mr. Wong currently holds no company directorships or partnerships, and has not
been the director of any company or a partner for the past five years.

Mr. Wong has confirmed that this announcement includes all the necessary
information relating to himself which is required to be disclosed under
paragraph 16.11(e) of the AIM Admission Rules.

As a result of these appointments, Dr. James Chan has agreed to resign from
the Board of Medisys.
