identities, was notified on 11 October 2024
that Nitil Patel, Executive Director,
purchased a total of 1,504 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 162.2 pence per
Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr Patel has
a shareholding of 40,146 Ordinary Shares in the Company,
representing approximately 0.07% of the Company's total voting
rights.
