Galleon announces that it was informed yesterday that on 12 November 2004 City
Equities Limited purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares representing approximately
5.33 per cent of the enlarged issued share capital of the company following the
placing undertaken on that date. City Equities Limited yesterday sold 679,500 of
those shares to certain of its private clients and consequently no longer holds
a notifiable interest in Galleon.
