The Company received notification from Bluehone Investors LLP on 9 January 2007
that, following a purchase of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each
("Ordinary Shares"), it has an interest in 3,156,276 Ordinary Shares
representing 12.16 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital of 25,949,996
Ordinary Shares.
