CAMBURY INVESTMENTS PLC

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of
15,000,200 Ordinary shares of 1p each and 60,000,000 warrants
(to subscribe for shares at 2.5p exercisable at any time up to
31 August 2004), being the shares and warrants in issue prior to
the recently completed Placing.  It is expected that the
effective date for admission will be 9 October 1997.
