The Company was notified by Concord Effekten AG ("Concord") on 26 July 2007 that
on 20 July 2007 Concord held 1,930,448 shares representing 9.95% of the issued
share capital and voting rights of the Company.  The notification also informed
the Company that on 24 July 2007 Concord Effekten AG no longer had an interest
in the shares of the Company.
