                   Axiomlab plc ("Axiomlab" or the "Company")


                          Return of Cash and Delisting


The High Court yesterday approved the Company's proposals for a return of cash
(to be effected by means of a scheme of arrangement under Section 425 of the
Companies Act 1985 ("the Scheme")) and the cancellation of Axiomlab's AIM
trading facility ("Delisting") in relation to the Company's fully paid ordinary
shares. Details of the proposals were set out in the announcement made on 16
July 2003.


Accordingly, following registration of the Court order approving the Scheme, the
Scheme has now become effective in relation to the Company's fully paid ordinary
shares and trading of Axiomlab shares on AIM will be cancelled effective from
07.00am on Wednesday 3 September 2003.
