2.108 per cent. Guaranteed Index Linked Secured Bonds due 2047 (the "Bonds")

Bondholder communication

On 7 January 2016, the Issuer notified the holders of the Bonds that it had been informed by The University of Keele (the "University") that, during 2016, the University intends to draw up and consider an estates strategy (the "University Estates Strategy") with a view to potentially increasing the amount and quality of its on-campus student accommodation.

The Issuer has now been asked by the University to contact holders of Bonds to invite all interested holders of the Bonds to make themselves known to the Issuer and the University, so that arrangements can then be made for the University and its representatives and advisers to hold discussions with the holders of the Bonds.

It is possible (but not certain) that, following such discussions, Bondholders may be invited to consider a resolution to amend the terms of the Bonds and/or to consent to further proposals relating to the Issuer and the University Estates Strategy. At such time further notices would be issued.
