The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms for Manchester Airport Group Funding plc's GBP 360,000,000 6.125 per cent. Fixed Rate Bonds due 30 September 2041 (the " Bonds ") issued under its GBP5,000,000,000 Multicurrency Programme established 14 February 2014 (the " Programme ").

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Bonds and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 11 September 2023 which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of the United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (the "EUWA") (the "UK Prospectus Regulation") (the "Prospectus").
