Unilever PLC said Tuesday that it will sell its direct selling business in Thailand, Unilever Life, to RS Group for an undisclosed amount.

The London-listed consumer-goods giant said that the transaction was subject to certain conditions, and that it expected completion in three to four months.

The company said Unilever Life's portfolio was comprised of three brands: Beyonde, Aviance and iFresh.

Shares at 0859 GMT were up 12.50 pence, or 0.3%, at 3,871 pence.
