30,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of GBP0.2325 and GBP0.235 per share
respectively.
Mr. Chen now holds 127,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.66%.
of the Company's voting rights.
