The Board of Directors wish to announce that as of 7 March 2003, a payment of
#1.0 million was made to the Bank of Scotland from the Company.  The Company now
has a remaining #21.0 million loan outstanding.



The Company incurred no costs with the repayment of the loan to the Bank of
Scotland.
