The Board of Chorion notes the announcement released this morning by
Entertainment Rights and confirms that yesterday evening it received a "proposal
of offer" from them.  The Board notes that the proposal is priced at a level
which is broadly similar to the indicative approach received on 3 December 2003.
The Board is considering this proposal with its advisers and will, as
requested by Entertainment Rights, respond to the company by 3 February 2004,
following which a further announcement will be made.
